Trevor Heritage Boards

The Trevor heritage boards were a series of temporary interpretation panels installed along the towpath and around Trevor Basin. Developed using local knowledge and community input, they highlighted lesser-known stories about the area’s industrial past, social history and landscape. Rather than focusing solely on the aqueduct, the boards encouraged visitors to explore the wider setting, helping to shift the experience from a single landmark to a richer, more connected understanding of place.
